I had a very short conversation with B-Man today about Dick Dastardly and Muttley trying to catch the pigeon...it was very short because he has no recollection of the cartoon and thought I was losing the few marbles that I have!
So to prove that I'm not completely insane and just watched some very dodgy TV when I was young here is Dick Dastardly and Muttley in their Flying Machines...

I think I may be being slightly misrepresented here. I did remember the cartoon, I just didn't remember the bit you were referring to from the wild arm flapping you were doing at the time :P
